Cancellation or Reschedule

When considering canceling or rescheduling your IELTS exam, it's important to remember the following guidelines:

  • If you cancel or reschedule your test more than five weeks prior to the test date, you will receive a refund, with administration fees deducted.
  • If you cancel or reschedule your test within five weeks of the test date, the entire test fee will be charged unless you have significant medical reasons.
  • If you provide a medical certificate within five days of the test date, you will receive a refund, minus any applicable local administrative fees.
