Your role is to connect the right person with the right service. Once the referral is registered, our team takes over the consultation and application process. You can still check the progress of your referrals and keep track of eligible commissions.

The same partner programme allows you to refer suitable enquiries across these service areas.
Each referral is linked to your partner code when it is registered. The partner dashboard lets you check the referral status, application stage and commission details.
Partners can communicate with a designated relationship manager for programme and referral-related queries. This gives you a clear point of contact instead of having to follow up through different channels.

The programme has three standard partner tiers. Your applicable tier is determined by the number of qualifying cases completed during the relevant review period.
For partners at the Silver level.
For partners who meet the applicable Gold-level criteria.
For partners who meet the applicable Platinum-level criteria.
Qualifying RBI and CBI cases are subject to a separate 40% commission structure, based on the applicable service and agreed programme terms.
The applicable commission, eligibility criteria and payment conditions will be confirmed during partner onboarding.
Complete the partner application with basic details about yourself, your organisation and your network. Once your details have been reviewed, you'll receive information about onboarding and your partner code.
Share your partner code with people who may require Glocal's services. You can make referrals through your regular channels or register them through the partner dashboard, where available.
Once the referral is registered, the relevant team contacts the client and takes care of counselling, documentation, applications and follow-ups.
You can continue to check the referral's progress through the dashboard.
Commission is paid within 15 days of Glocal receiving the applicable commission or retainer, subject to the agreed programme terms and any applicable deductions or adjustments.
Commission is linked to the successful receipt and retention of the applicable client payment.
If a client payment, commission or retainer is later refunded, reversed, cancelled or otherwise becomes ineligible, the corresponding partner commission may be adjusted or recovered.
Any applicable clawback will be handled in accordance with the partner agreement and the terms applicable to the relevant service.

If the payment connected to a referral is refunded, reversed, cancelled or otherwise becomes ineligible, the related commission may be adjusted or recovered under the applicable clawback terms.
Yes. Some services naturally take longer than others. The referral will remain subject to the validity period and conditions specified in your partner agreement.

No. You don't need to be an immigration professional to become a partner. Your role is to identify and refer suitable enquiries. The relevant Glocal team handles the technical aspects of the client's case.
No. The standard programme does not require exclusivity. You can continue your existing business relationships while referring suitable enquiries to Glocal.
No. Co-branded creatives and marketing materials are not a standard benefit of the Affiliate Partner Programme. Any such arrangement would be discussed separately and would be subject to the applicable commercial, branding and legal terms.
