1. Acceptance

These Travel Visa Terms (“Terms”) apply when you place an order with the Glocal Opportunities Private Limited Travel Visa desk, online or offline. By paying, you accept these Terms, the Travel Visa Privacy Policy and the Travel Visa Refund & Cancellation Policy. They supplement our general Terms & Conditions; for travel visas, these Terms prevail.

2. Our role

Glocal is a private visa facilitation service. We are not an embassy, consulate, government agency or official visa centre, and we are not affiliated with any of them. You can apply directly to the destination government or its appointed visa centre without using our service. Our fee is for the assistance we provide and is separate from any government fee.

3. What the service includes

• Advice on the correct visa category for your purpose of travel.
• A destination-specific document checklist and review of your documents.
• Filling the online application form and booking the appointment where one is required.
• Cover letter and itinerary preparation where the mission expects them.
• Lodging the application, tracking it and passport collection or courier, where applicable.
• Interview guidance for visas that require one.

Unless itemised on your invoice, the service does not include flight tickets, hotel bookings, travel insurance, translations, attestations, foreign exchange or legal representation.

5. Prices, fees and payment

• Prices on the website are the Glocal professional fee per applicant, exclusive of 18% GST.
• Government, embassy, visa-centre, biometric and courier charges are payable at actuals and may change without notice from the authority.
• Full payment is due at booking. Work starts only after payment is received.
• If a government fee changes after you pay, you pay or receive the difference before we lodge.
• Each applicant, including children and infants, is a separate order.

6. Your responsibilities

• Choose the visa that matches your real purpose of travel. Tourism visas may not be used for work, study or long stays.
• Give complete, true and current information, including every past visa refusal, overstay or deportation.
• Provide original, genuine documents. Forged or altered documents will be reported where the law requires and the order ends without refund.
• Hold a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date, with at least two blank pages, unless the destination states otherwise.
• Attend biometric and interview appointments on time, in person.
• Check every detail on the issued visa (name, passport number, dates, entries) before travel and tell us within 24 hours of any error.
• Follow the visa’s conditions in the destination, including permitted stay, and leave before it expires.

7. Bookings and supporting documents

Where a mission accepts them, we may provide provisional flight or hotel reservations for the visa file. These are not confirmed tickets. You must buy confirmed travel separately and carry it at the border. Do not book non-refundable travel until your visa is issued.

8. Processing times

Timelines shown on the website are indicative only. They depend on appointment availability, peak seasons, public holidays, security checks and the mission’s discretion. Express options speed up our work, not the government’s decision.

9. No guarantee

The grant, refusal, validity, number of entries and length of stay of any visa are decided solely by the destination government. Glocal does not guarantee any visa or outcome. A visa does not guarantee entry: immigration officers at the border may refuse entry, and Glocal is not liable for that decision.

10. Passports and documents in our custody

We log every passport received and returned. Couriers are sent through tracked services. Our liability for loss or damage of a passport while in our direct custody is limited to the cost of obtaining a replacement passport and any government fee lost; we are not liable for delays or loss caused by the embassy, visa centre or courier.

11. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the Glocal professional fee paid for that order. We are not liable for missed flights, hotel or tour cancellations, loss of business, or other indirect losses arising from a delay, refusal or error on the visa, except where caused by our proven negligence.

12. Changes in rules

Visa rules, fees and requirements change often. We update destination pages regularly, but the official government source prevails over anything on our website.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first go through our grievance process (grievance@glocalopportunities.com, acknowledgement within 48 hours, resolution within 30 days) and then to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in New Delhi, in English. Courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
