FAQs

Questions to settle before you book.

How soon can I get a Germany tourist visa?

Treat 15–45 calendar days as a rough planning guide. Appointment slots, peak-season demand and extra checks can stretch the timeline, so apply well before you travel.

What does Glocal's professional fee cover?

The ₹11,999 fee pays for the agreed visa assistance, including document review and application preparation. The €90 government fee (approx. ₹9,600) per adult and any other charges are billed separately unless stated otherwise.

Is Germany visa approval guaranteed?

No. German authorities review each application and make the final call. Thorough preparation helps you submit the right documents, but approval and visa validity can't be promised.

Can my relatives travel and apply with me?

Yes, you can plan together. Each traveller usually files an individual application with their own supporting documents, and children or sponsored applicants may need additional records.

When will I receive my document checklist?

Once our team has reviewed your travel plans and circumstances, we'll share a personalised checklist. You may be asked for further proof of employment, finances, sponsorship or earlier travel.

What happens after I submit and pay?

After we confirm your payment, the visa desk reviews your application and walks you through the remaining documents and filing steps. Depending on your case, you may also need an appointment and biometric enrolment.
